Wir freuen uns, Ihnen auf dieser kulinarischen Reise die schöne Vielfalt der vietnamesischen Küche vorstellen zu dürfen. Bei uns werden alle Speisen selbst zubereitet, wie beispielsweise unsere Finger-Food-Gerichte, zu welchen die berühmten Frühlingsrollen und Wan Tan gehören, welche bei uns nach Familienrezept hausgemacht werden. In den klimatisch unterschiedlichen Regionen Nord-, Zentral- und Südvietnam haben sich drei kulinarische Traditionen entwickelt.
